How Do I Join?

Are you are a Papillon fancier, breeder, or pet owner? Are you are interested in breeds listed in the Companion Group of the United Kennel Club? Do you participate in UKC events with your dogs?

If you answered "yes" to any of the above questions, we invite you to join the Midwest Papillon Association!

Associate Membership:
For individuals 18 years of age and older that want to participate in club activities but can't attend all of our meetings or that don't have the time to hold an office or serve on a committee. (may not vote

Print a copy of our Associate Membership Application. Simply fill out the form and mail it with your dues to the address shown.

Full Membership (voting member):
For individuals 18 years of age and older that have time and want to take an active role in the workings of the association.

Two sponsors and Board approval required.

Print a copy of our Full Membership Application. Submit your completed application, sponsorship forms, and dues to the address shown.

Junior Membership:
For individuals ages 8 to 17 years of age. Our Junior Members participate in association activities, qualify for awards, prizes, and trophies, and continue to learn about the Papillon.
